How do I register?

Download StashKo from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and tap Sign Up. Enter your email and password, then follow the verification steps shown in-app.


What can I upload?

You can upload your photos and videos to StashKo. Files are stored in your account so you can access them anytime on supported devices.


How do I upload?

You can upload manually from inside the app, or enable auto scan and upload. When auto scan is enabled, StashKo scans your media and queues items for upload each time the app is opened.


What is my limit?

Your storage limit depends on your current plan. You can check your plan and storage usage from your account settings inside the app.


How can I increase my storage limit?

You’ll be able to upgrade to a higher plan from the app’s subscription or billing section. This feature is coming soon.


Can I share media?

Yes. You can share your media directly from the app using your device’s native share options. You can also download your files in original resolution, then share them to other apps or on social media.


Is this private?

Yes. Your uploads are tied to your account and are not publicly visible by default.


What happens if I delete from phone?

If your files are already backed up to StashKo, deleting from your phone does not delete your cloud copy.


Can I download originals?

Yes. You can download your media in original resolution any time from your account.


Are the stuff I upload private?

Yes. Your uploads are tied to your account and are not publicly visible by default. Only you can access them unless you intentionally share specific media.


How do I delete my media?

Open the media item (or select multiple items), then choose Delete. Deleted items may first move to a deleted section before permanent removal, depending on app behavior and policy.


How do I delete my account?

Go to your account settings and choose Delete My Account. This action permanently removes account access and related data according to StashKo’s retention policy.
